So you got your Style-in-a-Box but you're not totally in love? I get it, really! I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order!
You have 5 business days after you receive the package to return any items you do not wish to keep. If your returns are not postmarked accordingly, I will assume that you are keeping all 10 items and your credit card will be charged for the entire shipment.
If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact me within 3 calendar days at email@example.com with an image or the issue with the subject line RETURN.
If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can send me an email at beth@stylebybeth. Ask me to find the item in the size you need and then send the original item back to me (postmarked within 5 days). Item exchanges subject to availability. Your credit card will be immediately charge for items you are exchanging as well as shipping charges. If I am unable to find the items, I will email you letting you know.
I do not offer free returns or paid postage for returns. Please ensure you get tracking information and insurance through USPS, FedEX, or UPS to ensure your package does not get lost. If an item is lost upon return, I can not offer you a credit.
All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant and perfume free. Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. I also recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return. Should the shoes or other items be deemed non-returnable, you will be notified via email and your credit card will be charged for those items.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. I recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.

We offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS for all order is the United States. We do not ship internationally.
How to Track Your Order
You will receive three emails: one email upon checkout for confirmation that the order has been placed, the second email you will receive when the shipping label has been purchased, and the third email once your order has been scanned by USPS for delivery. You will receive tracking information in your second email so please check spam if you can not find that email. If you have a user account, you can check the status of your order at any time, both present and past orders.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. You can log on to www.usps.com to file a missing package or damaged package claim. Please note that if you are returning a package (see RETURNS), please ensure you have received tracking information and insurance for the return. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Overnight & Express Shipping
At this time overnight and express shipping options are not available. If you are in need of an express shipping option, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject EXPRESS SHIPPING. We do not cover or refund shipping costs.
If you're shipping your order to Oklahoma, applicable sales tax will be added automatically.
